Morgan Fairchild (born Patsy Ann McClenny February 3 1950) is an American actress from America. The actress gained fame in the latter part of the 1970s and into the into the 1980s when she played roles in several television series, in which she usually presented a glamourous image. Fairchild's career began in 1973 when she played Jennifer Pace on the CBS soap opera Search for Tomorrow. In 1978 she appeared on the primetime soap opera Dallas in the role of being the very first actor in history to play Jenna Wade before taking a leading role on the NBC show Flamingo Road in 1980 (for which she was nominated for a Golden Globe Award for Best Actress for Television Series Drama). The following year, she was a co-star in ABC's short-lived primetime soap Paper Dolls before appearing on Falcon Crest as attorney Jordan Roberts from 1985 until 1986. Fairchild has also been seen in theater, and playing guest roles on TV shows like Murphy Brown and Roseanne Cybill. Fairchild was also considered for a Primetime Emmy Award in 1985 for her part in this show. She's a part of SAG-AFTRA.
